2024-2025 PTA Programs & Events
This year will be packed with educational, enriching, and fun programs from September to May. Here are just a few of the things the PTA will offer!
Accelerated Reader
|
This motivational reading program is offered to all students in Kindergarten through Second Grade once they know the first 100 sight words.
Students will get rewarded based on the number of points they receive. Read a AR book, take a short online quiz, earn points, and win prizes (including brag tags). Get reading and have fun! |
Fall Festival
|
This Fall Family event includes food, music, dancing, performances, games, pumpkin decorating contest, photo booth, and much more! Admission is free. Please consider volunteering here to book entertainment or decorate for the event. |
Skeegie Science Academy
|
All Coral Reef Elementary students get hands-on science lessons from Nature Postings in our Outdoor Classroom. |
DISCOVERY LAB
|
This year, all students will get a S.T.E.A.M. lesson from Discovery Lab. |
CRE ON THE RUN
|
This is the PTA's most popular After School Club. Children learn tips on how to keep active and healthy by running, playing fun games, participating in obstacle courses, and making great friends. |
HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR PROGRAM |
Fifth graders will get a visit from Holocaust Survivors and learn about the Holocaust from first-hand accounts. |
CAREER DAY |
Students will learn about several careers during this fun, outdoor Carnival of Careers. |
INTERNATIONAL DAY |
Students learn about the different cultures that make up our Coral Reef Elementary family. |
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS |
The PTA offers several after school clubs, including Chess Club, Coding Club, Run Club, and Green Team. |
STUDENT SERVICES |
The PTA offers several Student Services programs, including Start with Hello Week, Student of the Month, Healthy Kids Week, and Peace Week. |
RECESS EXPRESS |
Celebrate the end of the year with outdoor fun, bouncing and playing games on giant inflatables on the school field. |
